Our mission as a commercial real estate firm, is focused on achieving results for our clients that allow them to move forward with their future planning. We are in the midst of changing economic and market dynamics, and the sales and leasing of commercial real estate requires challenging and creative approaches to meet goals. Present demand and supply curves, capital market changes and distressed assets are forcing buyers to rethink acceptable risk levels, and sellers are analyzing portfolio returns versus alternative market opportunities. It is this more complete understanding of the commercial market conditions that is necessary in matching people with properties. Marketing is our first step, and sales follows. Marketing is the strategy where sales is merely the tactics. It is essential to position properties, space, buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords effectively. The proper presentation of assets and use of multiple forms of advertising and communication is key. This is our focus and commitment to our clients.
Jennifer Mickens, Broker / Owner / Property Manager
Jennifer is currently Broker/Owner of TACM Commercial Realty. A PA licensed real estate agent since 2019 and a graduate of Lehigh University, with a B.S. in Business Information Systems and Economics.
Dan Lichty, Commercial Advisor
Dan Lichty became a member of the TACM Commercial Realty team in 2018. Over the last 7 years in commercial real estate Dan has been top producer and completed numerous deals across varied property sectors. Dan came to real estate from the finance and technology world. As a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with High Honors, a BS in Business, and a minor in Economics, Dan worked running and managing technology projects in banking before moving into commercial real estate. His project management background enables him to manage the complexities and ever-changing landscape of commercial real estate transactions. His background includes managing multifamily and mixed-use real estate and small development projects, which helped him earn invaluable experience in everything from design and approvals, to the creativity required in the marketing process, and the skill involved in closing deals.
Anthony Romano Jr, Sales Associate
Anthony has been in Land Sales and Private Label Marketing and Development since the New Millennium Year 2000 and has spent the past 20 years as a “Land Specialist” focused on hundreds of thousands of acres of Texas Ranch Land. Anthony currently holds a Pennsylvania State Real Estate license and has joined the TACM Team this year 2020 and has the same vision looking forward to focusing on Pennsylvania Agricultural and Rural Land Sales.
Suzanne Roe, Marketing Coordinator
Suzanne is applying for her PA real estate license. She is a graduate from Kent University with an associate degree in Legal Assisting Technology. She was employed as an administrative assistant in the Family Court system in Warren, Ohio. She currently resides in Kunkletown, PA with her family.
Jonathan Mickens, Administrative Assistant
Jonathan is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a major in Business Data Science. He is in the process of obtaining his PA real estate license.
Terri Mickens, FOUNDER
Terri was the Broker/Owner of TACM Commercial Reality in Sciota, PA which she founded in 2016. She worked in the Real Estate Industry for 20+ years where she brokered commercial real estate transactions throughout northeast PA as a multi-million dollar producer. Prior to real estate, she had many years of experience in sales and marketing in the Fortune 100 in NYC.
Terri unforunately passed away in March of 2024, leaving by her legacy.
Multi-million dollar producer and broker of numerous commercial real estate transactions in the Pocono Mountain area. Experience includes property sale/disposition, leasing, tenant representation, seller/landlord representation, REO/distressed assets, site selection/development projects, and property management. Specializing in the retail and office industry, with specific focus on investment properties and new retail development commencing from the site selection process. Terri prepares in-depth analysis of investment portfolios detailing ROI and cash flow analysis; including market evaluations for both potential purchasers and existing property owners. Experience throughout NE PA Including Monroe, Northampton, Lehigh Valley, Luzerne and Lackawanna markets.
