Distressed Asset Disposition
If you need guidance with upside down properties or assets nearing foreclosure, we may be able to help. TACM Commercial Realty has experience in communicating and negotiating with lendors and financial institutions with distressed assets. We have been successful in both the disposition of such properties as well as assisting property owners with other resolutions.
Property Management
As an extension of services for our clients, we can provide a fully automated property management system covering the functions of rent collections, vendor contract negotiations, expense reporting and check disbursements, annual and monthly reporting, 1099 filings and more.
