Marketing is the strategy where sales is merely the tactics. It is essential to position properties, space, buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords effectively. Terri Mickens, CCIM – Broker/Owner
Multi-million dollar producer and broker of numerous commercial real estate transactions in the Pocono Mountain area. Experience includes property sale/disposition, leasing, tenant representation, seller/landlord representation, REO/distressed assets, site selection/development projects, and property management. Specializing in the retail and office industry, with specific focus on investment properties and new retail development commencing from the site selection process. Terri prepares in-depth analysis of investment portfolios detailing ROI and cash flow analysis; including market evaluations for both potential purchasers and existing property owners. Experience throughout NE PA Including Monroe, Northampton, Lehigh Valley, Luzerne and Lackawanna markets.

Dan Lichty, Commercial Advisor
Dan Lichty became a member of the TACM Commercial Realty team in 2018. Over the last 7 years in commercial real estate Dan has been top producer and completed numerous deals across varied property sectors. Dan came to real estate from the finance and technology world. As a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with High Honors, a BS in Business, and a minor in Economics Dan worked running and managing technology projects in banking before moving into commercial real estate. His project management background enables him to manage the complexities and ever-changing landscape of commercial real estate transactions. His background includes managing multifamily and mixed-use real estate and small development projects, which helped him earn invaluable experience in everything from design and approvals, to the creativity required in the marketing process, and the skill involved in closing deals.
Ed Coyle, Sales Associate
Ed joined the TACM sales team in November 2017 after retiring from a 30 year career with the State of New Jersey and in Washington DC. He taught criminal justice, research, and statistics courses at Rutgers University, Bloomfield College, and the College of St. Elizabeth in New Jersey. Ed has a good understanding of both owning real estate and how municipal and state regulations and policies are administered and monitored. He has begun his studies for a CCIM designation.
Ed is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Rutgers University Graduate School in Newark. He is an avid baseball fan, Yankees of course, and a die-hard supporter of his beloved Seton Hall Pirates. He enjoys taking care of his yard, cooking, wine making, learning to play piano, a and hosting backyard parties with friends and family. He plays bagpipes and is a (semi-retired) member of the Pipes and Drums of the Jersey Shore Shillelaghs. He is a parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Gilbert, PA and remains active in several law enforcement and Irish-American fraternal organizations where he spends a great deal of time doing fund raising and charity work with these groups.
Nancy Heil, Executive Assistant
Nancy is a PA licensed realtor with experience in both the marketing and sales of real estate in the Pocono Mountain region as well as property management. She has been a resident in Monroe County for over 15 years. Her experience includes operating her own business in the property management arena of the real estate industry, sales executive for several top real estate offices, and an administrative arm for top commercial real estate brokers.
Jennifer Mickens, Technical Assistant
Jenn is a current student-athlete at Lehigh Univeristy, majoring in Economics and minoring in Actuarial Science. She is the process of obtaining her PA Real Estate License. She has been instrumental in the development and maintenance of our website and marketing materials.
